Most of us know CRM spells for "Customer Relationship Management". But how many of us are really aware of Managing Relationships with our Customers ?!?! Well.. Not to become defensive about it..

CRM Tools work the way they are best called - "Tools". They just help you in managing your customers. But who really manages your customer, rather who really IS SUPPOSED TO MANAGE YOUR CUSTOMER ? YOU :-)

• Customer is Business
• Understand your Customer
• Be with the Customer
• Support the Customer, in its true sense
• Say "No" to Customer, when required and relevant
