Sometime now that I have worked on MS or Salesforce.com CRM.
Me got caught in Requirements Analysis of 2 Projects - 1 in MS CRM and 1 in Salesforce.com CRM.
Sounds Good and Challenging, yet Tough too !!!
However, am almost through with Specifications and Design for Salesforce.com Project. The best (or worst!) part is we have done the analysis and estimated time and resources, without even knowing fully about Salesforce.com. Lets hope Salesforce.com is an Unknown "Angel".
One awesome learning during this process is Professional Documentation. Learnt quite a few wonders of MS Word :-) Man I must say it is AMAZING !!! :-)
Especially the Word Styles which we use in MS Word comes real handy in terms of Uniform Formatting of the document. And there have been hell a lot of things like "Table of Contents", Change Tracker, Comments etc., which I had used for the first time and are really brilliant and it clearly shows the amount of thought and analysis gone into the making of MS Word!
Good Job Guys - Whoever has been part of MS Word Application Team !!!
That is all for now.. Shall catch you with CRM info from next week, cos that is when my CRM projects get kicked off and am sure we are gonna run into lots of issues and confusions and ofcourse GOOD SOLUTIONS :-)
