CRM Implementation

Ever wondered why most of the CRM implementations lose track in due course? Well... Most of us would have gone through similar situations at various points of implementation. To an extent, I could jot down few points to be noted as part of the implementation process.

  • Be Clear of the Purpose of CRM in the Organization. This is the MOST IMPORTANT of all which would ensure End User/Senior Management Commitment for the implementation.
  • Communicate the same to All Levels of the Organization.
  • Involve the End Users of CRM in the Selection Process of CRM Tool. This move would be very much appreciated by End Users because of their feeling of importance. Also organization gets to know the actual requirements/issues/suggestions from End User point of view.
  • Ensure Senior Management Commitment for the Implementation. This is required to get the necessary support from Management, in due course of implementation and maintenance.

Oops… Gotta jet now… But rest assured… I would get you the rest in my next post. Ciao :-)
